Review of the EMO Hanover 2025
EMO, the world's leading trade fair for production technology, took place in Hanover from September 22 to 26, 2025. 80,000 visitors came to see 1,600 exhibitors.
For us, EMO was the first appearance of the newly formed UNITED MACHINING SOLUTIONS group at a joint stand covering 1,600 m²!
We at WALTER EWAG were represented at this stand with seven machines. In addition, a separate area was set up for customer care, as well as a HELITRONIC TOOL STUDIO counter.

These innovations were on display
Our latest laser processing machine VISION LASER offers innovative laser technology for a wide range of applications for brazed tools in modern tool production. The design of the machine is based on WALTER's HELITRONIC VISION, which has been proven and reliable for decades, and the laser technology used offers industry-proven reliability for precise and efficient tool production.

With the new “Automated Tool Production (ATP)” system, WALTER now offers an automation solution for cylindrical precision tools. ATP is the innovative solution for networking grinding, eroding and measuring machines from WALTER, as well as upstream and downstream machines from other system partners in the production process.
The ATP system requires no additional floor space, can be integrated into existing system layouts and is also suitable as an interface for machines from other manufacturers.
