- Acceptance of our General Terms and Conditions of Purchase
- Completion of and compliance with our confidentiality agreement
Other requirements for general cooperation:
- Compliance with minimum wage law
- Adherence to Compliance Guidelines
- Readiness to sign an annual long-term vendor agreement with us
- Willingness to issue us order confirmations, quotations and long-term vendor agreements
via Pool4Tool (a web portal) - Willingness to sign a UNITED GRINDING Group Framework Agreement, a Quality Assurance Agreement and a Logistics Agreement
- Readiness to delivery to a consignment warehouse in the Czech Republic
- Readiness for audits of production sites
