Theses & Internships

We offer internships and frameworks for final projects in the fields of mechanical engineering, design and business administration.

Duration

A term or final degree project can be undertaken by students during or at the end of their studies. Depending on the rules for the given course of study, this normally takes between 3 and 6 months.

Curriculum

We will propose general topics for term or final degree projects and consult with you on the details to ensure that you and your preferences are taken into account. An employee of the relevant technical department will be assigned to support you during your entire period working on the term or final degree project.

Application

If you are interested in writing a term or final degree project at WALTER, please visit our Job Board. You can also send us an unsolicited application. We would ask you to apply 3 to 6 months in advance. When you write, please provide the following information:

• the date you would like to start,
• the duration of the semester/final work or internship
• the area in which you would like to work, or the major themes you are interested in

Please also attach an overview showing what your university's requirements for term or final degree projects.
